We're a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier of welded assemblies and engineered metal formed products to the global automotive industry.
Our rapid growth has created immediate opportunities for Production Group Leaders at our plant in Kansas City, MO. Production Group Leaders are responsible for coaching a group of manufacturing employees to complete their required tasks while ensuring that company safety, quality, and productivity expectations are met or exceeded. Our production schedule has shifted to 4 ten-hour shifts, either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday. Overtime may be required as needed.
Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required, automotive industry experience preferred.
