Job Details:
Summary:Maintains knowledge of diet manual and clerk manual. Completes diet changes. Insures all menus are tallied and in the Kardex. Delivers supplies, nourishment''s, and late trays to patient floors. Assists on patient tray line. Assists patients with menu selection.The work schedule requires varied and rotating shift assignments to accommodate department needs.
Required Education/Training:Ability to read, write, and perform basic math calculations
Required Licensure/Certification/Registration:Clay County Food Handler permit or ServSafe certification within 60 daysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
