School Bus Drivers regularly check the vehicle to ensure safe operating condition, and that students are greeted with a friendly and welcoming smile.

PAID TRAINING AND CDL TESTING This is a 10-month position.
This position can bid on and drive TRIPS to make extra income.

30 pm Hours may vary depending on route and inclement weather Job Duties Maintain safe and appropriate behavior of all riders in accordance with established guidelines.
Assess incidents, complaints, accidents and/or potential emergency situations (e.
g.
road hazards, medical emergencies, accidents, etc.
) Assists students and other passengers with safe loading and unloading from buses during transport and emergency situations.
Perform routine cleaning on both interior and exterior to ensure safety, appearance, and sanitation of vehicle.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections (e.
g.
gauge levels, exterior condition, etc.
) to meet safety operation standards.
Prepare written and verbal reports within requested deadlines.

g.
field trips reports, incident reports, inspections records, passenger misconduct, mileage logs, student counts, routing information, etc.
) Requirements Must have a current Missouri Driver's License, with a clean driving record.
Commercial Driver's License - Class B (CDL-B) required, with passenger & air brake endorsements, and Missouri School Bus Permit, or willingness to obtain.
(TRAINING PROVIDED) Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must pass a pre-employment background check.
