Life is better at Climate Control!Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the community Represent the company at events and meetings with local officials and businesses Implement social media and communication campaigns to align with overall marketing strategies.
Provide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts.
Conduct market research and implement innovative social media and email marketing strategies Promote a better and more attractive understanding of the organization with internal and external communications.
Coordinate various community projects involving all aspects of the company and multiple organizations including school districts and business partners Design and write all internal communications Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, and provide internal feedback on community image.
Engage with employees and make connections by coordinating birthdays, anniversaries, and special events Photograph all organization events Serve as the media's point of contact Help with the creation and implementation of a new brand campaign Requirements Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders Great organizational skills and ability to multitask Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to make sound judgment calls Ability to work independently and self-motivate Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and follow through.
Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and any other software used by the company.
Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s) Ability to lift 5-50 pounds occasionally.
Job works indoors and outdoors, and is somewhat physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods of time, lifting heavy objects on an occasional basis, and working with challenging clients/community members.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
